"Muslim Minority Communities: Demographic and Socio-Economic
Profiles"

To mark the beginning of a new age and the closing of a momentous era, as the
world population exceeds six billion and Muslim population a billion and a
half, one third of them living as minorities, the Institute of Muslim
Minority Affairs is planning to publish a comprehensive volume entitled
"Muslim Minority Communities: Demographic and Socio-Economic
Profiles".
This planned volume will be based on original contributions written by
scholars and experts who have research interest in Muslim minority
communities and have produced scholarly work. Not
exceeding 4000 words, each paper will cover briefly the history and social,
economic and political situation of the minority community and provide
basic demographic information from reliable sources. The
papers are to be written according to uniform guidelines that will be
provided by the editorial team. Final acceptance
of papers for publication will be subject to review and evaluation by the
editorial team.
